Responsible Gaming at 789bd

Our Commitment to Safe Play

At 789bd, we believe that gambling should always be an entertaining pastime — never a financial burden or a source of stress. We are fully committed to responsible gaming principles, and we actively work to give our players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and across Bangladesh the tools they need to stay in control.

Responsible gaming at 789bd means playing within your means, understanding that outcomes are based on chance, and treating any wins as a bonus rather than a guaranteed income. We encourage all players aged 21 and above to set personal limits before they start playing, and to review those limits regularly to ensure gambling remains a fun activity.

Recognizing Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can affect anyone, regardless of age, income, or experience. It often develops gradually and can be difficult to identify. If you notice any of the following signs in yourself or a loved one, it may be time to seek help:

• Spending more money or time on gambling than you originally planned
• Chasing losses by placing larger bets to recover money already lost
• Neglecting work, family, or social obligations because of gambling
• Borrowing money or selling personal items to fund gambling sessions
• Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when trying to cut down or stop

Recognizing these warning signs early is the most important step toward regaining control. 789bd encourages any player who identifies with these patterns to use our responsible gaming tools immediately and to contact our support team without hesitation.

How Our Responsible Gaming Tools Work

Setting deposit limits on 789bd is straightforward. Once logged in, navigate to your account settings and select the Responsible Gaming section. From there you can choose a daily, weekly, or monthly cap in BDT. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for at least 24 hours — this cooling period prevents impulsive decisions made in the heat of the moment.

The self-exclusion feature allows you to block access to your 789bd account for a chosen duration — from a short 24-hour pause all the way up to a permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or receive any promotional communications from us. This tool is designed to give you complete control when you feel you need distance from gambling.

Reality check reminders are automatically sent after each 30-minute session. These pop-up notifications show your net win or loss for the current session and prompt you to either continue or stop. Studies show that regular reality checks significantly reduce the risk of extended unplanned play sessions, helping players across Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh make more informed choices.

Protecting Minors

789bd strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from registering or gambling on our platform. During registration, we verify the age of every new account. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is underage, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. All winnings accumulated during any period of underage use will be forfeited.

If you share a device with family members including children, we strongly recommend using parental-control software such as Net Nanny or Kaspersky Safe Kids to block access to gambling websites. Always log out of your 789bd account when you are done playing and never share your login credentials with anyone.
